Hi!

I'm Rosie! I've been since Home Educating my own children since 2015 and I now offer tuition online - mainly to other Home Educated children, but also to children who are at school and would like some extra help, and to those who are struggling to access school.

My Story

We started our Home Education journey in 2015 when we were moving country and initially we were going to do it, "Just till we settle".

Well fast forward a year to when we did settle and it turns out that we were having such fun that we decided to keep going. When we started, my children were 9, 7, 6 & 4, but goodness, how time flies! My eldest was Home Educated all the way through their A-Levels and is now at University studying Physics. My son was Home Ed through through to the end of his GCSEs when he went to college (and is now studying for an HND) and my middle daughter has joined him at college for her Highers. So just my youngest at home with me now.

We live in Aberdeenshire with a large number of animals, including ponies, dogs, cats, rats and poultry - many of whom like to make an appearance in my lessons.

I am a qualified and experienced teacher and Key Stage Three Science Lead for an online provider. I have an Enhanced DBS on the update scheme and a PVG.
